- Manage local outreach to various types of external partners in various geographies.
- Communicate customer’s mission to new partners and sign-up new collects opportunities, and support selected top-level partnerships as directed by the customer.
- Research and onboard External Providers when indicated by the customer.
- Address and resolve external partners’ queries associated with the Pedestrian operations.
- Report details of outreach an onboarding to Operations Lead and/or the customer
- Report all types of outreaches, onboarding and operational issues to Operations Lead.
- Update information in internal planning tools and platforms as required.
- Manage last-minute operation changes and rescheduling.
- Create and maintain project documentation and workflows.
- Manage post-collection data curation for specific types of data as directed by the customer.
- Fluent in English Language
- IT basic knowledge required
- Additional language is a plus
- Able to write manuals, update Help Centers
- Must be available to work from Sofia Office
- Strong customer service skills and communication skills
- Able to meet deadlines and report feedback to Head of Operations
- Technically minded and able to troubleshoot mechanical and technical problems
- Salary €1500 to 1700€ gross per month (negotiable)
- Flexible Shift Hours depends on the requirement
