Responsibilities:

• Dealing with customer queries for various issues related to product or services.
• Responding to consumer inquiries about variety of product or services issues.
• Interacting with customers via email, live chat, or over the phone to services.
• Keeping detailed records of customer interactions and overseeing account.
• Provide information about products & Services to the customers over the phone
• Escalation and rerouting of the issues to other departments if required to do so

Requirements:

• Fluent in German and B2 or medium level of English Language
• Excellent computer and internet skills, as well as knowledge of MS Office
• Should have adaptability to fast-paced work environment in company
• Customer oriented approach that is capable to match the brand’s reputation
• General technical/troubleshooting skills and a natural curiosity-driven attitude
• Previous work experience in call center would be considered as big advantage

Relocation package for the candidate coming from abroad:
