Responsibilities:
- Re-writing prompts or responses
- Participate in internal training
- Attend calibration sessions/calls
- Ensure consistency in rating decisions
- Rate and provide clear reasoning while ensuring adherence to guidelines
- Supporting other projects outside of your core project, as and when required,
- Assess Ads content for accuracy, factuality, relevance, precision quality, helpfulness and alignment with policies and guidelines
- Evaluate and rate various content types, including audio, video, text, and photos ranging from normal to mildly egregious content
- Oversee the quality assurance process for all digital marketing campaigns, ensuring they meet the company's standards and client expectations
Requirements:
- Fluent in Swedish and B2 or medium-level of English Language
- Comfortable with G suite, especially Google Sheets
- Attention to detail to review content as per ethical/legal standardsÂ
- Experience in evaluating and comparing content from different sources
- Critical thinking skills to identify biases, inconsistencies, and limitations
- Research skills to evaluate content accuracy and identify trustworthy sources
- Knowledge of established guidelines and best practices for content moderation
- Basic level computer handling skills (along with a typing speed of 25-30 words per minute)
- Excellent in verbal & writing skills with the ability to present reasoning in a clear, concise, and logical manner
- Detail oriented, rigorous, analytical skills to assess content factuality, relevance, and alignment with user intent
- University Degree (preferred) with 1-2 years of relevant work experience in either Ads moderation or content moderation

- Escalation and rerouting of the issues to other departments if required to do so
Requirements:
- Fluent Spanish and English
- Technical background/troubleshooting skills & familiarity with technology
- Adaptability to fast-paced work environments
- Customer oriented approach that is capable to match the brand’s reputation
- General technical/troubleshooting skills and a natural curiosity-driven personality
Relocation package for the candidate coming from abroad:

- Demonstrate consultative sales skills
- Answering inbound calls from consumers, and/or Small Business users
- Develop confidence in proposing a complete value-added solution to the customer
- Relate with the importance of a sales engagement process in day-to-day interactions
- Develop confidence in asking for the sale and connecting sales back to delivering customer service
- Recognize customer personalities and personas in order to establish a sustainable customer relationship
Requirements:
- Responsible attitude towards customers
- Fluent Swedish and B2 or medium-level of English Language
- Previous call center or related experience is desirable
- Lead with empathy and build trust during the sales engagement
- Excellent level of computer and internet using skills with MS Office
- Sales Experience with consumer or business products and services is required
- Should have the adaptability to the fast-paced work environment in a company
