Responsibilities: 

  • Selling, upselling, retaining, and renewing services via email and phone (outbound). 
  • Sourcing, contracting, and engaging both prospective and existing clients. 
  • Their primary objective is to build a pipeline of leads, rather than closing deals. 
  • Analyzing business needs to understand client requirements. 
  • Proposing solutions tailored to those needs. 
  • Educating clients on cloud products, features, and upgrades to enhance their experience. 

Requirements: 

  • Native level of Danish and C1 level of English Language 
  • 1–2 years of proven experience in B2B sales
  • Preferred: Familiarity with Cloud products, Cloud Software, or CRM systems as a user. 
  • Should have the adaptability to a fast-paced work environment in the company. 
  • Customer-oriented approach that can match the brand’s reputation. 
  • General technical/troubleshooting skills and a natural curiosity-driven personality 

Relocation package for the candidate coming from abroad:

  • Flight ticket booked by the company
  • 2 weeks of free accommodation at a company hotel (breakfast included)
  • Taxi transfer from the airport
  • Support in finding an apartment to rent

Salary:

  • Escalation and rerouting of the issues to other departments if required to do so

  • Fluent Danish and English
  • Technical background/troubleshooting skills & familiarity with technology
  • Adaptability to fast-paced work environments
  • Customer oriented approach that is capable to match the brand’s reputation
  • General technical/troubleshooting skills and a natural curiosity-driven personality
