Responsibilities:
- Help customers resolve simple issues with a particular product or functionality;

Requirements:
- Good communication skills
- Fluency in German {written and Verbal} and good English
- Candidate must hold European nationality or Residence permit for Greece
- Good MS Office skills
- Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
- Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
